Extract DM-Ruin.unr to your UnrealTournament\Maps directory.

To play in DOM and CTF, rename DM-Ruin.unr to DOM-Ruin.unr and CTF-Ruin.unr, respectively.

Usage

Select Game, start Practice Session, Last Man Standing and DM-Ruin.
