Modifications to Dreary

-Removed the damage amp in the blue base, and replaced it with a thigh pad to match red base.
-Added new zone locations.

I always thought Dreary was a good CTF map but the inbalanceness of the two bases ruins the fun for the red team. Infact Dreary is RARELY picked on official UT CTF leagues because the team who picks it knows the other team will want the blue side (where the quad is). Now with CTF-DrearyLE100 that problem is gone. Also the map should be easier to communicate on now that there are new zone locations, check them out. Enjoy!
